我公司應(yīng)某科研機(jī)構(gòu)要求,近期推出一款實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備,此設(shè)備盡可能去模擬了一個(gè)真空環(huán)境為7.5 x 10??Pa的超高真空,2600℃的超高溫的熱場(chǎng)環(huán)境。 隨著中國(guó)航天事業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,中國(guó)陸續(xù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了一系列重大的航天工程,而這些工程的突破,離不開(kāi) 空間環(huán)境模擬設(shè)備的助力。星際空間中的真空度約為1.3 x10?11Pa,因而衛(wèi)星、運(yùn)載火箭、飛船、星際 站都是在真空空間中飛行,需要一個(gè)模擬真空環(huán)境,來(lái)對(duì)這些飛行器所用材料進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。 除了真空環(huán)境,還有太陽(yáng)輻射、各種帶電粒子及溫度的影響,這些因素都將造成材料性能變化。所 以,任重道遠(yuǎn),科技研發(fā)無(wú)止境。上海全碩電爐有限公司將持續(xù)助力祖國(guó)航天事業(yè)。
In response to the request of a scientific research institution, our company recently launched an experimental equipment, which attempts to simulate an ultra high vacuum with a vacuum environment of 7.5 x 10??Pa and ultra high temperature thermal field environment of 2600℃. With the continuous development of China s space industry, China has successively realized a series of major space projects, and these breakthroughs cannot be separated from the help of space environment simulation equipment. The vacuum degree in interstellar space is about 1.3x10 ?11Pa, so satellites, launch vehicles, spacecraft, and interstellar stations are all flying in vacuum space, and a simulated vacuum environment is needed to carry out experimental verification of the materials used in these aircraft. In addition to the vacuum environment, there are also solar radiation, various charged particles and temperature effects, all of which will cause material properties to change. Therefore, there is a long way to go, and scientific and technological research and development is endless.
